오류 원인 - 병합 과정에서 rest_framework에 대한 설정이 중복됨.

해결 -  rest_framework를 정리 후 하나로 통합

 

다음 계획 

1. 각 앱마다 디버깅

2. 2차 병합 후 프런트 엔드와 api연동
